Eliminationist runt of the week

For your reading pleasure, here's Glenn Ellmers. Glenn is white, male, bald, middle-aged, and believes that you're not American if you didn't vote for Donald J Trump.

...most people living in the United States today — certainly more than half — are not Americans in any meaningful sense of the term.

They do not believe in, live by, or even like the principles, traditions, and ideals that until recently defined America as a nation and as a people. It is not obvious what we should call these citizen-aliens, these non-American Americans; but they are something else.

Oh, and Joe Biden?

the senile figurehead of a party that stands for mob violence, ruthless censorship, and racial grievances, not to mention bureaucratic despotism.

This, from a member of a mob that tried to overthrow the government on January 6. So what does Glenn want to do? Well, first...

It is not enough just to smash all the bad things....If you are a zombie or a human rodent who wants a shadow-life of timid conformity, then put away this essay and go memorize the poetry of Amanda Gorman. Real men and women who love honor and beauty, keep reading.

Apparently Amanda Gorman is one of the bad things. I myself am either a zombie or a rodent. Glenn is a real man who loves honor and beauty, as personified by Donald Trump.

Authentic Americans still want to have decent lives. They want to work, worship, raise a family, and participate in public affairs without being treated as insolent upstarts in their own country.

Guess what, Glenn? That's pretty much what my friends want, too, though some of them don't want to worship, being neither theists nor fetishists. Conservatives want to stop them doing those things.

And how to do it?

The answers to these questions are not obvious.

That's helpful. But it appears that although what Glenn is unwilling to specify what he wants  (I suspect it a return to 1860) he is willing to fap over the idea of violence...

Accept the fact that what we need is a counter-revolution. Learn some useful skills, stay healthy, and get strong. (One of my favorite weightlifting coaches likes to say, “Strong people are harder to kill, and more useful generally.”)

He doesn't look very strong.

Worst of all, this piece of eliminationist trash is on the government payroll. Time for that to end, I think. No point in a public servant who thinks he serves fewer than half the people.
